Yucatan Today is useful for the addresses but they "love" everyone who advertises with them and so you'll only find positive "reviews" on thier site. Except for the reviews it's an excellent resource
Yucatan Living only wants positive things on their website and so all of my negative comments have been banished. It's a positive must visit site before coming to Merida
Los Dos reviews are written by a fellow NYer and a chef and they tend to be fair. I've heard nothing but raves for the cooking school.
Roving Gastronome is another NYer who writes about the Yucatan but lives in NY. She writes for the Rough Guide but her blog is more candid and fun
